Zipline is looking for some fantabulous people to work with us on the People team! Our hypothesis here is that our company is doing something very out of the box (drone-delivery of emergency medical supplies in hard-to-reach areas of the world, like rural Rwanda) and therefore we need a team of people who are also outside of the box (theater folks like you who may/may not have a background in recruiting/HR/onboarding/ culture + happiness etc.) to help us grow our team. Primary activities of this role will be helping us (1) source and (2) conduct preliminary phone screenings for new candidates on a variety of our teams.
