SAB’s Ballet Connoisseurship is an educational offering for adults providing seasoned ballet goers, patrons, students, scholars, and newcomers alike with knowledge and perspectives that will enhance their appreciation of what they see in the theater. This April and May 2022, Ballet Connoisseurship events are back in-person at the School of American Ballet, with three courses on Balanchine's "Jewels" and three courses on composer-choreographer relationships. Wine and light hors d’oeuvres will be served at each session. Proof of full vaccination is required, and, with the safety and comfort of our patron base in mind, we request that all attendees are masked except when actively eating or drinking.
Individual courses are available for $50 each. A full unit is $125 or you can purchase the full season pass for $225. View a listing of courses, below. Full details and purchase links are available at www.sab/org/balletconn
*A live-stream of each event will be available upon request. Please reach out to Alexis Branagan for more information at abranagan@sab.org.
