Pilar Castro-Kiltz
With an MBA from The Wharton School and an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Pilar Castro-Kiltz is a strategy and marketing expert, with experience founding and developing new organizations and businesses.
Observing a need for marketing and branding services for artists, Pilar founded More Canvas Consulting in 2014. After earning her MBA, she expanded the firm to provide strategic advisory and marketing services for small businesses and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries.
With a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, in 2013 Pilar founded The Princeton Arts Alumni—a network and resources for arts creators, patrons, managers and enthusiasts. The group engages alumni in and for the arts: across disciplines, geographies, and decades, and it aims to bring services to artists beyond the alumni community.
Pilar continues to work as a producer and theater maker. While Executive Artistic Director of Ensemble Dance, a dance-theater company creating original interdisciplinary works for performance in New York City, Pilar’s choreography was seen at Radio City Music Hall, Off-Off Broadway stages, competitively curated festivals, and on film.
Kemi Adegoroye
Kemi Adegoroye is a singer-songwriter, actress, and producer. Her artistic career spans multiple disciplines and genres, from jazz and soul to musical theatre and pop. She performs regularly as a solo artist and as the frontwoman of DC-based jazz and soul band Terra Firma. On Valentine's Day 2020, Kemi released her first original single, The Man Who Stole the Moon, inspired by the 2010 movie Despicable Me, starring Steve Carell. Her recently released debut EP, For the Record, features original songs inspired by her lifelong love of Motown, jazz standards, and Broadway-style storytelling. She also serves as the co-founder and creative director of Alveo Creative, a digital arts platform that provides original content, resources, and a community for independent artists in different disciplines around the world.
Tiffany Fung
Tiffany is the Director of Operations & Business Development at Chelsea Music Festival, a non-profit in NYC where she resides. She has been on the Board of the Festival since 2012 and met the Festival’s Artistic Directors Ken-David Masur and Melinda Lee Masur while at Columbia University’s School of the Arts where she received her MFA in Poetry. Post graduate school, she worked in Institutional Securities at Morgan Stanley for over a dozen years. Tiffany graduated from Princeton with an English degree and certificates in French and Poetry. She hails from Portland, Oregon.
Jordan Kisner
Jordan Kisner is the author of the essay collection Thin Places, named one of the best books of 2020 by NPR. She is a contributing writer for The Atlantic, a columnist for the Paris Review, and her work appears in the New York Times Magazine, The Believer, n+1, Pitchfork, and others. She is also the creator of the LitHub podcast Thresholds. She has received support from PioneerWorks, the Millay Colony for the Arts, Art OMI, and others, and is currently a 2020-2021 fellow at the Black Mountain Institute. She teaches creative writing at Columbia University.
Whitney Mosery
Whitney Mosery is a director, dramaturg and creative consultant based in Brooklyn. She has directed new plays and musicals in the US, UK, Greece, and Australia, and recently was the dramaturg for a new Cirque du Soleil show in Canada. Other credits include associate direction on Broadway and the West End, and creative consulting for award-winning artists like Es Devlin, Michael Gracey, and Steven Sater.
