On Sunday Nov. 12, 4-5pm, pianist Donna Weng Friedman will perform at BargeMusic, NYC's only floating concert hall, music by 5 of her favorite living composers. The program features The Wizard of Oz Fantasy, a toe-tapping, hum-inducing virtuoso piece for four hands, by William Hirtz, the world premiere of Microvids for solo piano, by Stefania de Kenessey, with poetry recitation by Diana Soloman-Glover, and HbearT, for solo piano and electronics, by Niloufar Nourbakhsh, as well as music by Kim D. Sherman and Beata Moon.
