You're invited to the free screening of "Marinette" (2023) - probably the best woman soccer player - by French director Virginie Verrier who will be in attendance for a Q&A afterward. In French with English subtitles.

Synopsis:

Accompanied by a decade-appropriate electronic soundtrack, this energetic film traces the life of one of the best French soccer players of all time, Marinette Pichon, and her lifelong struggle to be treated equally in a country to which she has given so much.
Marinette Pichon has had soccer in her blood since a young age. Raised by a courageous mother who must confront a violent husband, she overcomes difficulties and forges an unwavering determination. While juggling odd jobs and a sports career, she is selected for the French national team and then spotted by a major American club. Marinette then arrives in the United States with her mother, pursuing the dream of becoming the best player in the world. Adapted from Marinette Pichon’s bestselling autobiography, Ne jamais rien lâcher. Once famous, Pichon relocated to the USA where she played in Princeton, Philadelphia, and other teams.
