The New York Choral Society's ("NYCHORAL") second installment of "Our Voices," Adolphus Hailstork’s "A Carol For All Children," will be publicly available for streaming for free on December 15.

A Carol for All Children, composed by Adolphus Hailstork in 1995, celebrates the simple idea that all children have value and are brought into the world with hopes that their future and their world will be bright and full of possibilities. Choreographed through the lens of a Queer artist of Kenyan and Indian descent, the work further highlights the need for agency and solidarity, giving all children the right to be valued, loved and nurtured regardless of race, creed or means in an equitable and loving world.

Gary Pai '99, NYCHORAL singer and board vice chair, would like to invite Princeton Arts Alumni to attend an exclusive preview event on Thursday, December 10, 7:00PM for board members, donors, and special guests, featuring a Q&A with the composer, Adolphus Hailstork, and choreographer, Brendan Fernandes. The preview event will be followed by a virtual alumni meet-up hosted by Gary. To register, please email garypai@alumni.princeton.edu. The event will be limited to 10 alumni. Zoom invitations to the preview event and post-event meet-up will be emailed to confirmed attendees.
