Bio
I studied poetry at Princeton, and after two years of obsessive revision, my thesis "Speaking Past the Tongue" was published in the Poetry Society of America's chapbook series. While living in NYC I worked at PEN, the international organization of writers dedicated to free speech and cultural exchange, and at the National Coalition Against Censorship, focusing on communications, advocacy, design, and technology.
Soon after graduating from the Program in Arts Administration at Columbia University, I moved back to the Princeton area to start a family, and worked in philanthropy for a stretch before joining the team at the Lewis Center. I managed digital communications for five years, developing and overseeing arts.princeton.edu and social media.
In 2019, I launched my own company to focus primarily on creating websites and online communications strategies for the arts, education, and nonprofits -- really, any organization with a cause! I'd be delighted to hear from fellow alums about opportunities to collaborate with or assist you, or to provide any advice or feedback on the work that you're doing.
