Lumhaa: The Memory Jar Company is a science-backed social media alternative that helps make memory jars -- time capsules for relationships and experiences you care about. Shriya founded the company based on her award-winning psychology research at Princeton University, and her experiences with terminally ill children, army units around the world, and senior citizens with Alzheimer's.
ONE (2013, Frog Books) has sold thousands of copies worldwide. She has written two novels (yet to be published) since then. Aside from writing novels, Shriya has dabbles with screenplays for film and television shows. While still in high school, she was presented with a National Award for Autobiography Writing. She has also been awarded by the New Jersey Press Foundation for her outstanding work in journalism for The Daily Princetonian, where she served as a News Editor and a Feature Specialist.
Shriya has also worked at Goldman Sachs and was co-founder and CEO of BodhiMetrics. She has been recognized by AWIS with the 2020 Women STEM Entrepreneurs of the year award; and by USA Archery with All East archery honors (3x).
