Blanker (John Norwood, '06) Debuts New Alt-Rock Album, "All's Fair - Vol. II"

"All's Fair - Vol. II" is the second of two sister EPs released in 2024 by Blanker, the solo project of guitarist/vocalist John Norwood (Triangle Club, Prince Jazz Ensemble). Beginning where the first EP leaves off, the genre-hopping album touches on themes of love, pragmatism, and the cognitive dissonance therein. While Blanker has previously existed as a one-man project, this album features drummer Bryan Schwenk (Class of ’07), Norwood’s long-time collaborator from his previous project, Upstate Escape.

The album is currently available for free download at https://blanker.bandcamp.com/album/alls-fair-vol-2 and is accessible on all major streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
