"Unstoppable: A Queer Dancical”, featuring Eric Stinehart ’20 in the lead role of “Keith”, was recently nominated for three 2024 Gregory Awards, including "Outstanding Ensemble - Dance/Movement". Presented by Theatre Puget Sound, the Gregory Awards are a way for the Performing Arts community of the Puget Sound to celebrate the outstanding work being done each year. “Unstoppable” is a captivating stage show that celebrates diversity, empowerment, and the vibrant spirit of the LGBTQ+ community. The world premiere production took place with nine public performances between February 16 and March 3, 2024 at Broadway Performance Hall in Seattle, WA.

Short synopsis: Inspired by real life events, “Unstoppable” is an unapologetic ode to the power and resilience of the queer community. The story follows Nikki and Keith [played by Eric Stinehart '20], best friends who move from a small town to the city, as they experience the community’s response to a hate crime incident. Expect love stories, political drama, diverse characters, and 20+ rousing dance numbers.
